• Founding member subscription: ₹499/month (locked forever for eligible members)
• Standard subscription: ₹999/month
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
• You will receive a payment confirmation to your registered email

5. Free Trial & Refund Policy

• New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial
• No charges during the trial period
• No refunds after the trial period ends and payment is processed
• If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• For refund disputes, contact us at marketreasons@gmail.com within 48 hours of charge

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. No forms, no phone calls required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Account

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

• No reselling, redistributing, or republishing our reports or content
• No scraping or automated access to our data or APIs
• No sharing of subscriber-only content with non-subscribers
• No use of our content to create competing products or services
• No misrepresentation of our content as your own analysis

All reports, analysis, data visualizations, and content on Market Reasons are the intellectual property of Ganesh Dhavan / Market Reasons. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Market Reasons and Ganesh Dhavan shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, missed opportunities, or any other losses arising from use of or reliance on our content. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

We strive to publish reports every market day. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect availability. No refunds will be issued for brief service interruptions.
